What you’ll be doing

Helping customers identify and source the right parts

Navigating systems and catalogues to find solutions quickly

Processing sales, orders, and warranty claims

Supporting warehouse and dispatch when needed

Keeping the store organised and customer-ready

Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Experience in parts interpreting OR strong mechanical/automotive knowledge

Great communication and customer service skills

Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves

Someone reliable with a positive, can‑do attitude

Bonus points for

Automotive or trade background

Stock control or warehouse experience

Forklift licence (LF)
