Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Payroll Manager / Logistics Manager to oversee payroll operations while managing efficient logistics and supply chain activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll administration, coordinating logistics operations, improving operational processes, and supporting organizational performance through effective planning, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence, financial accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include

Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory coordination, shipment scheduling, and distribution activities.

Develop and maintain payroll procedures, logistics workflows, and operational policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor payroll records, employee compensation data, logistics documentation, and operational reports.

Coordinate with finance, human resources, procurement, warehouse, operations, and external service providers to support business objectives.

Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, taxation requirements, labor regulations, transportation policies, and safety standards.

Analyze payroll data, logistics performance, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare payroll reports, logistics dashboards, financial summaries, and management presentations.

Manage payroll reconciliations,



benefits administration support, and audit documentation.

Monitor inventory levels, shipment status, transportation performance, and supplier service quality.

Identify operational risks and implement process improvements that enhance payroll accuracy and logistics efficiency.

Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and resource allocation initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Leverage ERP systems, payroll software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation tools to improve operational performance.

Stay informed about payroll regulations, supply chain trends, AI-powered business solutions, and industry best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, and business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of payroll administration, compensation processes, logistics operations, supply chain management, and business operations.

Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation principles, labor regulations, transportation management,



inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with payroll systems, ERP platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and business reporting tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for payroll reporting, operational analysis, and performance monitoring.

Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, compliance management, process improvement, and operational performance measurement.

Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to coordinate people, processes, and resources effectively.
