About the role

At Wellways, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to build strong relationships, coach leaders and deliver practical people solutions that help our workforce thrive. Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will partner with operational leaders across an allocated portfolio to provide trusted advice and guidance that supports both our people and the community.

Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to provide expert People & Culture advice across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and employee wellbeing.
- Coach and build leadership capability, supporting confident and informed people management.




- Work collaboratively across specialist People & Culture teams to deliver consistent, practical and compliant workforce solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or demonstrated working experience.
- Broad knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and People & Culture practices.
- Current valid Driver's License with ability to undertake travel for the role.
- Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, Right to Work within Australia and National Police Records Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course with LCS2 outcome (Will be supplied by Wellways).

Desirable

- Strong working knowledge of SCHADS and Contemporary Awards.
