Drive Culture, Capability & Compliance Across a Growing Franchise Network

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused People & Culture Manager to lead HR initiatives across a corporate and franchise network. Reporting to the General Manager - People you will partner with franchisees and operational leaders to drive culture, workforce compliance, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead People & Culture initiatives that support business growth.
- Coach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant Modern Awards.
- Manage investigations, performance management, and workplace issues.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and workforce compliance.

About You





- Experience in HR, People & Culture, or Employee Relations.
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
- Proven experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, franchise, or multi-site environments highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems.
