We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join a cooperative People & Culture team in a hands‑on HR generalist role. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, influencing workplace culture, and managing a broad range of employee matters within a complex and highly regulated environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the People & Culture function, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across a designated business area, partnering with managers to drive positive employee outcomes and workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice and solutions
- Support employee relations matters, including performance and conduct issues
- Facilitate conflict resolution and workplace investigations
- Contribute to workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Lead onboarding activities and support the employee life cycle
- Conduct exit interviews and identify workforce trends
- Provide advice on industrial relations, legislation and policy interpretation
- Champion employee engagement,
culture and workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance, governance and accurate record keeping About You - Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential matters professionally What's on Offer?
