Why this is an exciting opportunity At HUB24, we're seeking a Performance, Accountability & Governance Manager to establish, lead and continuously enhance the governance frameworks that underpin our accountability, remuneration and performance management obligations.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you will liaise with the Office of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) on people-related matters and provide governance oversight of APRA CPS 511, accountability frameworks and enterprise-wide performance review processes.
