RACV is seeking a Learning Specialist to shape capability across the RACV Group. You’ll partner with leaders to identify capability needs, design impactful blended learning solutions, and influence learning strategy that drives business performance.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll translate business challenges into learning outcomes, build engaging blended experiences, and establish learning design standards and tools that elevate quality across the organisation.
