What you’d get to do

This is a minimum six month contract with immediate start, that adds design capacity to our Marketing team, working alongside our Visual Designer. Your major focus is creating polished, on-brand internal and formal documents, the presentations, reports, templates and collateral that keep YHA looking sharp and consistent, inside and out.

You'll take explicit direction, turn it around to a high standard, and free up the wider team to focus on strategy and campaigns. Alongside the document work, you'll pitch in on marketing design production across print and digital as needed.

In this role you will:

- Design and produce polished internal and formal documents, corporate and leadership presentations, reports, proposals and templates that are on-brand standard.
- Build reusable, branded document and presentation templates the wider team can pick up and run with.




- Apply YHA's brand guidelines accurately and consistently across every document and asset you touch.
- Design corporate and promotional presentations.
- Produce supporting marketing design across print and digital as required, signage, banners, EDM and CRM creative, and promotional collateral.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with suppliers to keep quality high and costs sensible.
- Help keep the image and asset library well organised, resizing, touching up and uploading images as needed.
- Lend a hand with basic video editing for social and digital where needed.
- Work closely with the Visual Designer, Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager, managing a varied workload to deadline.
- Share clear, concise status updates in stand‑ups and regular team meetings.
