The Prospect & Responsibilities

As an Inclusion Support Educator, your primary role will be to provide individualised support to children with diverse needs, ensuring their full participation in our inclusive learning environment. Using your passion and enthusiasm for early childhood education, you will work to include these children with their developing peers, ensuring all children have genuine opportunities to access, participate in, and achieve positive learning outcomes. Patience, effective redirection, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour are essential for this role.

This role is classified as permanent part time (25 hours a week/5 days a week)

About You

- Must hold Diploma or Certificate III in Education and Care
- Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment
- Patience and the ability to redirect effectively and manage challenging behaviour's
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required




- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
