About the role:
Qualified chef responsible for preparing high‑quality meals, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations,
and ensuring consistent presentation and taste. Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting while contributing to a positive team culture and delivering an excellent dining experience.
Who we are looking for:
Committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at the Caloundra RSL Club.
Pre‑requisites:
Cert III, Diploma of Commercial cookery or relevant Trade certificate
1 year experience as a Chef within Hospitality Industry
Previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen
Previous experience catering for functions and events
Knowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including the preparations, fryers, grill, pans and function service.
Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays)
