Member Support Consultant

Turn conversations into confidence and inspire people to prioritise their fitness. As a Member Support Consultant (MSC) at our brand-new Bourke Street Club (opening late 2026), you will play a key role in building a thriving new fitness community during the pre‑sales period and beyond. You will act as a brand ambassador for Fitness First, supporting membership growth through proactive outreach, creating positive member journeys, and fostering long‑term engagement.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the club sales budget, utilising sales promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high‑quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identification of recent business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Actively involve in member retention programmes, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club‑based products that can boost their results.

Qualifications

- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Proven sales capability.
- A problem‑solving mindset – able to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members.
- A gift for communication – able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action.
