Overview

Full‑time role based at Warriewood Brook Seniors Living community. Shift schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with only one night shift per week on Thursdays. Salary packaging available along with wellbeing and career development benefits.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high‑quality food and service to meet customer expectations.
- Plan and coordinate café operations, including menus and stock ordering.
- Proactively manage customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, WHS, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor budgets, contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, and suggest process improvements.
- Lead and support café staff through on‑the‑job training and teamwork.

Qualifications

- Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum four years’ experience in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene,



and HACCP standards.
- Excellent communication and literacy skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
- A cooperative and positive approach to leading and supporting others.
