We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering modern cloud-based data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale data initiatives, designing and building robust, scalable data pipelines while collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

- Designing, developing and maintaining Azure-based data pipelines.
- Building and optimising solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Developing Python-based solutions, Azure Functions and APIs.
- Working with SQL, JSON and modern data integration technologies.
- Applying data modelling and data warehousing best practices.
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

What we're looking for





- 8+ years' experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
- Strong SQL and Python development skills.
- Commercial experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
- Exposure to Azure Functions and API development.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
