- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process models, and actionable solution designs.
- Identify opportunities to modernise business operations through process optimisation, automation, and technology enablement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to deliver impactful digital solutions.
- Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, testing, implementation readiness, and change adoption.
- Analyse business processes, data, and performance insights to identify improvements and drive better outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor,

A Successful Senior Business Analyst Should Have

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end business analysis for digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Experience identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and delivery teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and solution testing.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to drive decisions.
