Are you a compassionate, people-oriented individual looking for a meaningful way to volunteer? Southern Cross Care is seeking dedicated drivers to join our Care Car program.

Our volunteers are essential in helping older adults maintain their good health and community participation by providing accessible, safe, and age-friendly transport. All trips are conducted in our modern, protected, and fully-maintained vehicles.

We Are Seeking Volunteers Who Are

- People-Oriented Individuals: You thrive on interacting with others, possess clear communication skills, and demonstrate patience and empathy.
- Available: You are generally available Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.

Essential Requirements (To Ensure Client Safety And Well‑being)

- A current C-class driver's licence with a positive driving history.
- A current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate.

Note: We can assist you in obtaining these documents and qualifications.

Suitable for Centrelink participants.
