As a representative of Home Chef, you will be the voice of our brand to our members, a responsibility we hold in the highest regard.

We’re seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who values genuine human connection. You’ll bring initiative to the role, actively seeking opportunities to contribute to our team and support the continued growth of our business.

Casual role- at least 2 days per week between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

- Warm and pleasant greeting of members to the business
- Day-to-day management of phone calls, emails, and member orders
- Daily completion of orders, call lists and delivery runs.
- Daily input of orders into the company software systems.




- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials.
- Directly report to the Customer Support Team Leader.
- Understand and contribute to a collaborative and supportive culture.

Qualifications

- Ability todemonstrate strong initiative with a"can do" attitude. An exemplary work ethic with the willingness to meet deadlines and manage your tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in taking and entering orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including the ability to empathise and understand our members' needs.
- Confident and efficient with technology.
- Self-motivated and the willingness to follow directions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office skills – Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Aged or Health Care experience is ideal but not essential.
- Call Centre experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
- Must have or be prepared to obtain a National Police Clearance
