Delivery Driver (AKA legal bread trafficker)

We're looking for a reliable "bread winner" to join the Big Loaf team, delivering our fresh, award-winning bread and pastries to cafés, restaurants and local businesses across Perth.

Based at our bakery in O'Connor, this is an active, early-morning role with starts between 2am and 3am. You'll enjoy quiet roads, plenty of movement and the satisfaction of helping our customers start their day with fresh bread.

Early-Morning Delivery Driver - Bakery

We're looking for a reliable "bread winner" to join the Big Loaf team, delivering our fresh, award-winning bread and pastries to cafés, restaurants and local businesses across Perth.

Based at our bakery in O'Connor, this is an active, early-morning role with starts between 2am and 3am. You'll enjoy quiet roads, plenty of movement and the satisfaction of helping our customers start their day with fresh bread.

What you'll be doing

- Loading bread crates and checking orders before departure
- Delivering fresh bakery products safely and on time
- Following an established delivery route across the Perth metro area
- Checking deliveries for accuracy and presenting products with care
- Building friendly, professional relationships with our customers
- Safely lifting, carrying and handling bread crates weighing up to 23kg
- Keeping the delivery vehicle clean, tidy and ready for use
- Communicating any delays, order issues or customer feedback to the team

About you

You'll be a good fit if you:

- Hold a current manual driver's licence
- Are reliable,



punctual and comfortable starting between 2am and 3am
- Are available across weekdays and weekends, based on the roster
- Have a positive knowledge of the Perth metro area
- Are physically fit and able to safely lift up to 23kg
- Have robust time-management skills and attention to detail
- Are friendly, confident and professional with customers
- Can work independently and stay organised while completing your route

Previous delivery experience is helpful, but it isn't essential—we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and a safe, responsible approach to driving.

Employment type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours we peek)
Typical shifts: Starting between 2am and 3am, and finishing at approximately 0930
Expected hours: 28-32
