A newly created, enterprise-facing finance leadership role with one of the country's most iconic institutions. Reporting into the CFO and partnering directly with the CEO and executive team, this role sits at the centre of commercial decision-making.

This is a large, complex, multi-stakeholder organisation with a national footprint and a highly engaged public profile. The business spans multiple distinct commercial arms, a significant asset base, and a broad, diverse set of internal stakeholders.

No two conversations with the business look the same, and the ability to flex across very different stakeholder groups and priorities is central to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end business performance framework, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance business partners
- Drive investment prioritisation and support major commercial and strategic decisions at the executive level




- Act as trusted commercial counsel to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Deliver executive and board-level performance reporting

About You

- CA/CPA qualified, with 8+ years' relevant experience
- Background in a large, complex commercial environment (retail, FMCG, technology or similar — industry-specific experience not required)
- Comfortable operating at both enterprise/strategic level and in the detail
- Solid executive presence, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- High level of integrity, professionalism and commercial judgement
