Protected Steps is seeking a qualified Team Leader – Intake & Assessment to guide a 24/7 crisis response team delivering immediate support, referrals and risk assessment to individuals and families affected by family violence.
Reporting to the Senior Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations in a busy call centre, supervise frontline staff, drive performance, training and continuous service improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.
