What You'll Be Doing

As an Urgent Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational success of our Urgent Care network by:

- Coordinating clinical workforce requirements across multiple centres.
- Responding rapidly to workforce gaps and operational challenges.
- Building solid relationships with doctors, nurses and operational leaders.




- Identifying trends and implementing proactive solutions before issues escalates.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure safe, efficient and high‐quality patient care.
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
