The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Manager Health and Safety - Systems and Performance to join our People, Culture & Safety team on a permanent full-time basis .
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, this role leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Tas Water’s health and safety systems, performance frameworks, analytics and strategic programs. You'll play a key role in strengthening organisational capability, improving safety outcomes and ensuring our approach to health and safety remains contemporary, data-driven and aligned to business priorities.
This is a unique chance to influence safety performance across a complex organisation, partnering with leaders at all levels to drive continuous improvement, innovation and strategic change.

Lead the governance, prioritisation and delivery of Tas Water’s Health & Safety Program of Work.
