An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency.
This role would suit a Property Manager who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering high-quality service and managing a reasonable, well-supported portfolio without being overloaded.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a reasonable residential property portfolio
Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling routine inspections, lease renewals and rent reviews
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with trades
Managing arrears, tenant communication and compliance matters
Conducting entry and exit processes where required
Working closely with leasing and administration support
Providing a high level of communication and service to clients
Ensuring properties are managed professionally and efficiently
About You You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager ready to step up
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
A calm and professional approach to problem-solving
Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
Current QLD real estate registration or licence
A positive attitude and genuine interest in property management
Experience using property management software will be highly regarded
