We're looking for a passionate Clinical Workplace Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis and help shape the future of clinical excellence across our organisation. In this dynamic role, you'll lead engaging training programs, assess competencies, and drive career development for assessors, ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards of compliance with My Aged Care and Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) requirements.
This is more than just a training role. You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation to design innovative learning experiences and facilitate virtual and face-to-face workshops. Your expertise will help shape how we learn, grow,
and deliver outcomes for the people we support.

The role:
Deliver engaging induction, onboarding and ongoing clinical training programs
Conduct competency assessments and support workforce capability development
Partner with internal leaders, subject matter experts, My Aged Care and DVA stakeholders
Design and continuously improve learning materials and programs
Analyse training outcomes and implement targeted improvements
Maintain compliance with legislative, accreditation and audit requirements
Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to clinical staff and assessors
