About the Role

You will oversee day‐to‐day site operations across subdivision and road projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes. This role suits a hands‐on leader with strong civil construction knowledge and the ability to manage fast‐paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise onsite civil works for subdivision and road projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting




- Ensure works meet design specifications and standards
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and councils
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive site culture

About You

- Must be an Australian Citizen with Australian experience
- Proven experience supervising civil subdivision and road construction
- Solid understanding of earthworks, pavements, drainage, and services
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks on busy sites
- Solid communication and problem‐solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Relevant civil construction qualifications (preferred)
