This is an office-based role working from our Eagle Farm office.

What You Will Do:
- Convert inquiries into bookings through expert consultation.
- Provide creative solutions to complex pet travel needs.
- Manage end-to-end pet travel arrangements with care.
- Handle customer calls & emails efficiently and professionally.
- Stay calm and problem-solve during unexpected travel situations.
Who You Are:
- Sales-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
- Results driven with strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPI's, using data to track performance and optimise outcomes.
- Resilient, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- A creative problem-solver who sees opportunities, not obstacles.
- Strong communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in sales, travel, logistics, or freight forwarding? That’s a plus!
