Meta Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Blacktown.

We are looking for a highly capable clinician with strong clinical reasoning, broad rehabilitation experience and confidence managing complex presentations across disability, rehabilitation and community-based care.

You will manage a varied caseload across clinic and community settings, working with both paediatric and adult clients.

The Role

- Assess and treat rehabilitation, disability and complex functional presentations
- Work with both paediatric and adult clients
- Manage musculoskeletal, neurological, pain, mobility, balance and reconditioning cases
- Deliver services across clinic, home, school, workplace and community settings
- Develop evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Manage complex cases and make sound clinical decisions
- Prepare high-quality clinical notes, reports and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, referrers and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to case discussions and clinical development within the Allied Health Team

About You

You are an experienced Physiotherapist with robust clinical judgement, clear communication and a high standard of professional practice.

You will have

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- At least three years of clinical Physiotherapy experience
- Strong rehabilitation and clinical reasoning skills
- Confidence managing complex clinical and functional presentations
- Strong assessment, treatment planning and case-management skills
- Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and professional stakeholders
- Current Australian working rights




- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Experience working with both paediatric and adult clients is desirable. Experience in disability, neurological rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, hospital rehabilitation, WorkCover, aged care or private practice will be valued.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy

- Current AHPRA registration

- Current Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
- Medicare Provider Number, or capacity to obtain one
