This is a genuine buy-in ownership position where the successful applicant will have the opportunity to purchase equity in the business and become a long-term partner.

As Clinical Lead, you will work alongside me to:

- Lead and mentor an exceptional multidisciplinary team.
- Drive clinical excellence and professional development.
- Help shape the strategic direction of the business.
- Build systems, culture and operational excellence.
- Grow the clinic while maintaining outstanding patient outcomes.
- Ultimately help lead the business into its next phase of growth.

About

You

I'm looking for someone who is already an experienced clinician and leader.

Ideally you will have

- Minimum 7+ years clinical experience (Physiotherapy preferred).
- Leadership or management experience within private practice.




- A passion for mentoring and developing clinicians.
- Strong business acumen and commercial thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and integrity.
- A genuine desire to build something for the long term.

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who treats this business as if it were their own—because one day, it will be.
