We are a busy and growing fresh salad manufacturing company looking for reliable Material Batching Workers to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in preparing raw materials for daily salad production, ensuring quality and consistency across batches. ?️ Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to batch recipes
Prepare and stage raw materials for the production line
Ensure traceability and labelling of all ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the batching area
Follow food safety, quality, and OHS procedures
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold-room setting ✅ Requirements Previous food processing or batching experience is an advantage
Ability to follow instructions and work to a schedule
Physically fit – able to lift up to 15–20kg
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Must have valid work rights in Australia
