We're looking for full-time machine operators based at our Recycling Centre in Yennora.
MUST have experience operating an excavator, loader, and material handler.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating excavators, loaders, and material handlers is required.
Experience in all three machine types (excavator, loader, and material handler) is mandatory. we need experience staff willing to pay the right money for operators that want to make this their own.
Waste sorting in excavator with rotating grab a big advantage.
Our plant and heavy machinery operators have been making great strides in diverting waste from landfills to recycling by identifying and sorting our heavy recyclable materials. In line with this, we are looking for an exceptional excavator operator who can work with attention to detail and safety standards. You will be responsible for assisting in the recovery of recyclable materials, including bricks, cement, tiles, steel timber.
Additionally, you will be required to arrange and maintain yard equipment on a day-to-day basis.
We are seeking individuals who possess transparent communication skills, can handle being under pressure, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. Experience in this field is necessary, and we are after hard-working reliable candidates who can represent the company's values for maintaining a safe work environment, acting with urgency, passion, and energy for the business.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in waste management or recycling operations is required. Or other kinds of sorting using similar machines.
