Car Polisher / Detailer

Eagle Smash Repairs is looking for an experienced Car Polisher / Detailer to join our busy smash repair workshop in Eagle Farm.

This role involves completing the final preparation and presentation of repaired vehicles before they are returned to customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail and can work efficiently in a high-volume workshop.

The role will include:

- Denib and polishing repaired vehicles
- Removing minor paint imperfections, overspray and marks
- Detailing and cleaning vehicles before delivery
- Checking vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Assisting with vehicle movements around the workshop
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working with the paint and production teams to meet delivery deadlines

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous experience denib, cutting & polishing vehicles




- Experience using rotary and orbital polishing equipment
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- The ability to work unsupervised when required

Experience in automotive detailing, paint preparation or buffing freshly painted vehicles will be highly regarded.
