We are seeking a friendly Porter to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, valet parking, maintaining the lobby area, and contributing to an overall positive guest experience.

The successful candidate will:

- Create an efficient and friendly arrival and departure experience for guests
- Provide luggage handling and car valet parking services
- Provide friendly and accurate information about the Hotel and local area
- Assist guests with any queries they may have
- Have a full driver’s license (must transfer to a NSW license)
- Be available for morning, evening and weekend shifts, on a rotating roster

Ideally you will have:

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service focused and enjoy working in a team environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent personal presentation
