You'll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services in line with the NDIS Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
- Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams.

- Work collaboratively with experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and Clinical Leaders.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations that support meaningful, sustainable behaviour change.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for practitioners who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability and who genuinely enjoy learning and developing their clinical practice. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while remaining connected with your team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to both seek and provide support.
- A genuine passion for achieving meaningful outcomes for participants.
