The purpose of this job is…

To lead the practice team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice operation in collaboration with Practice Development Manager.

What you’ll need to make it possible

- Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or have a strong background in health management
- Experience in business and people management
- Proven in organisational, administrative,



and time-management skills
- Exceptional in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, with robust business acumen
- Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs
- Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
- Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
- Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L;
