About the Candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience in aged care and/or disability support (essential)
- Solid understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people in aged and disability care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and person‑centred approach
- First Aid & CPR certification (must be held prior to commencement if not current)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Relevant Certificate III qualification (desirable but not essential)
