APG Workforce is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Wulkuraka.

Hours : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay rate : $37.08 per hour

Opportunity for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Contact customers for order placements
- Data entry for customer orders
- General administrative tasks as required
- Some reception duties

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role – customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to work unsupervised when required
- Active listening
- Customer focused service
- Product knowledge would be ideal
