Sales Rep/Account Manager
Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are seeking a full‑time Sales Rep/Account Manager to meet with customers on site. With full support from an internal sales buddy, you will take ownership of your customer list, servicing both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales, margin and profit performance
- Grow the existing customer base whilst providing exceptional service to an existing customer list
- Keep up to date with the latest product developments
- Perform regular reporting and administration tasks
- Represent the Bowens brand to customers
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a high performing professional in a competitive and quick paced sales role
- A valid driver’s licence
- Industry knowledge and a sound understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude
- Ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships
- A self‑motivated approach and strong follow‑through on customers’ requests
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and exceptional time‑management skills
