CRM
The CRM team builds lasting relationships with our users from the first encounter. By analysing customer behavior and mapping the entire lifecycle, we craft personalized communications, special offers, and data‑driven insights to strengthen loyalty and improve every interaction.
The Role
You will support the development and execution of CRM and customer engagement initiatives. Your focus will be on optimizing customer communications and retention activities, ensuring campaigns are performance‑driven and aligned with business objectives while delivering a consistent, effective customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Activate customer data to develop and execute an end‑to‑end CRM strategy and communications plan, focusing on email, push notifications, and in‑app messages.
- Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience, staying up‑to‑date with the latest CRM best practices.
- Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle, contact strategies across all touch‑points, and key client segments to improve targeting and program effectiveness.
- Own the tracking, analysis, and reporting of all campaigns, ensuring clearly defined success metrics and providing weekly/monthly reporting and ad‑hoc deep dives.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years minimum experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as other ESPs such as Mailchimp or SendGrid.
- Proficient in HTML and skilled in copywriting.
- Capable of developing and optimising CRM flows to drive revenue and leveraging consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.
- Commercially savvy, analytical, data‑driven, and experienced in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- Organised, responsible, proactive, and able to prioritise and manage a high pace of work.
- Fluent in English and able to foster teamwork and keep the team motivated.
