As a Lead Educator at Uniting Early Learning, you'll be an active contributor to a team committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. This means building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the broader community, while working collaboratively with colleagues to drive continuous improvement across the service.

Your educational program will be grounded in the nationally approved Belonging, Being and Becoming: Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) , supporting children from birth to five years. Through this framework, you'll address each child's developmental needs, interests, and experiences —recognising and respecting what makes every child unique.

Your skills and experience

You’ll be right at home at Uniting if you're passionate about providing high-quality early learning experiences and share our belief that children's safety, wellbeing and development should always come first.

The successful candidate is required to hold current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications, as well as a valid Employee Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable Persons Check applicable to the state in which the service operates.

Key Experience And Capabilities Include

- Leading the delivery of developmentally appropriate programs in partnership with educators, families, and children.
- Planning, reflecting, managing workloads, and prioritising time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the National Law and Regulations.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.




- Understanding and applying early childhood development theories to support children's learning and development.
