This is a hands-on, customer-facing role - ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a busy, positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve customers with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with food preparation, coffee service, and light cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels across café and retail areas
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Support restocking,



merchandising, and general shop upkeep

About You

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A good communicator who enjoys working in a team
- Willing to learn and take direction
- (Bonus!) Hospitality or retail experience is helpful, but not essential
