Welder

Location: Parramatta Area
Pay Rate: $43.75 per hour + penalties + overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (with optional OT)

RPR Trades are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator for ongoing work with a leading manufacturer in the reinforcing and precast concrete industry. This is a great prospect to join a stable business offering full-time hours, a strong safety culture, and a supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding and fabrication of steel components and structures

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions

- Conduct quality checks to ensure weld accuracy and integrity

- Operate grinders, hand tools, and cutting equipment safely

- Work collaboratively to meet production and safety targets

What We’re Looking For:





- Trade-qualified or highly experienced Welder / Fabricator

- Strong MIG welding skills (mild steel)

- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused attitude

- Ability to read drawings and follow direction

- Own PPE and reliable transport
