We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in North Sydney. This permanent, full-time role is pivotal in connecting talented individuals with leading organisations across various industries. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and securing top talent, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies.




- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements in the recruitment database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
