As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with complex needs living in Supported Independent Living to build skills, routines and confidence. At their pace, in their way.

You’ll be trusted to:

- Build strong, respectful relationships
- Support daily living, personal care and community participation
- Follow clear behaviour support and safety plans
- Work as part of a secure, communicative team
- You’re empathetic, reliable and experienced in supporting people with complex mental health and cognitive conditions, including behaviours of concern such as:

- Paranoid Schizophrenia




- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Intellectual Disability
- PTSD
- Dementia

This role suits someone who values calm, professionalism and doing support with people, not to them.
