AWE is currently seeking Rostered Maintenance Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics & Fitters to support multiple hard rock mining operations across the Pilbara Region . These opportunities involve working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining clients to deliver high-quality maintenance and breakdown support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting rebuilds and component change‑outs.
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on mining equipment.
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning systems on mobile plant.
- Valid Australian Working Rights.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Robust fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with mining & heavy equipment.
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant).
- Ability to pass full pre‑employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
