Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager with a Clinical background to assist with leadership of clinical and non‑clinical staff, lead team development, and enhance the quality of care delivered in Community Care Villages across South Australia.

Duties

- Lead and oversee the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care services across the villages
- Manage clinical operations, care resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
- Coordinate workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of care staff
- Conduct resident assessments, develop personalised care plans, and monitor care outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance frameworks, legislation, and organisational policies




- Drive continuous quality improvement, risk management, incident reporting (including SIRS), and accreditation readiness
- Build robust relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to support exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working within Aged Care and more specifically Home Care Packages
- Experience leading, coaching, mentoring and developing teams
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport

Location & Contract

Position is a 3 month temporary role in a Central Adelaide location.
