Grade 1 Speech Pathologist
- Participate in rotational grade 1 program in an environment of learning and clinical excellence

About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a clinical role within the RMH Speech Pathology department. Working as part of a agile multidisciplinary team, the grade 1 Speech Pathologist will be responsible for the assessment and management of communication & swallowing disorders across many areas of the service. The Speech Pathology department has a multitude of programs, such as a regular peer support program, to allow grade 1 clinicians to develop clinical and professional skills.
About You
- A Grade 1 Speech Pathologist with at least 6 months of relevant experience in adult acute, subacute, and/or community rehabilitation settings.
- A proactive and adaptable clinician who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning to enhance clinical practice.
