About the roleReporting to Finance's Transactional Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the identification of patients with health insurance policies, maximising private patient participation as well as working in the development and update of accounts receivable procedures, process and documentation. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail as the identification and resolution of potential and actual workflow obstructions is also required. This position will mainly be responsible for:

- Responsible for the identification of patients with PHI and maximisation of Private Patients participation.
- Ensure all documentation pertaining to Election and Claiming is accurately completed for processing by the Revenue Services Officers.
- Process Medicare Ineligible patients’ enquiries. About youYou will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with highly developed customer service skills.You'll bring with you:
