Production Operator / Process Worker Join a leading Australian manufacturer supplying premium horticultural and agricultural products nationwide. - Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm – enjoy an early finish!

⭐ About the Role

Working as part of our production and packing team, your duties may include:

- Operating and monitoring packing lines and conveyor systems
- Bagging, palletising, and manual handling tasks
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
- Carry out general labouring and warehouse duties, including loading and unloading materials, stock movement, and manual handling.
- Assist with painting, touch-up work, and maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.




- Support the production and warehouse teams with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures while working effectively as part of the team.

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and standing
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
