Process Supervisors - $70 - $90+ Per Hour

The Fetch team are seeking experienced Process Supervisors for an incredible opportunity to work with a key client on an 8/6 7/7 roster at a WA Gold Mine. This is a great opportunity to establish yourself and take advantage of a change, and new leadership opportunities.

About the role:

- 8/6 7/7 Roster based on a WA Gold Mine
- Ensuring and paving the way for a protected work culture and successful operations
- Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets
- Work closely with maintenance and management to ensure optimum production and reduced down time
- Develop your operations team and drive positive culture

Experience Required:

- 2-3+ years proven experience in a similar role in Processing




- High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style
- Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
- Prior Gold experience is desired
- S26 Qualification

Additional Requirements:

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
- Recent contactable references
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
