Job Role

The Procurement Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating the end-to-end procurement process to ensure goods, equipment, materials, and services are sourced, purchased,



and delivered efficiently while complying with approved budgets, procurement policies, and governance standards. Working closely with operations, logistics, warehouse teams, finance, and suppliers, this role supports uninterrupted supply to mining operations through effective purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics management, and procurement administration. Two Procurement Coordinators will operate as an integrated procurement team, supporting seamless procurement activities between the corporate procurement office, the logistics hub, and the remote mining operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the complete procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition through purchase order issuance, delivery, receipt, and close-out.
- Review purchase requisitions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies.
