We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Plant Operator to join a growing manufacturing operation based in Ipswich, with the site relocating to Toowoomba in approximately 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks and raw materials
- Mixing and bagging products
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Manual handling of products up to 25kg
- Following production schedules and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Assisting with general plant operations as required
About You
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or plant environment
- Forklift Licence (LF) preferred
- Experience operating a Telehandler/Loader highly regarded
- Comfortable with repetitive manual handling up to 25kg
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
